1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VidScore AI mobile application ("Service") on your iOS device, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VidScore AI analyzes user-uploaded video content using artificial intelligence to provide feedback and performance insights. The Service is available exclusively for iOS devices.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer the following monthly subscription plans:

  • Starter Plan: $4.99/month - Includes 15 upload credits.
  • Creator Plan: $9.99/month - Includes 30 upload credits.
  • Agency Plan: $49.99/month - Includes 100 upload credits.

Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

4. Credits and Usage Limits

Each plan is allocated a specific number of "credits" (uploads) per month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Once you exhaust your credits, you must wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade your plan to continue analyzing videos.

5. Cancellation and Loss of Access

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings. Important: Access to paid features is not continuous throughout the billing period if cancelled. The moment a user cancels their subscription, they immediately lose access to their plan features and any remaining credits for that month are instantly forfeited. No refunds or pro-rated credits are provided for the remainder of the billing cycle.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the videos you upload. However, you grant VidScore AI a temporary license to process and analyze the content to provide the Service. You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

VidScore AI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific social media growth or performance results based on our AI analysis.
